Quantum Art Helps Congressional Candidate Get the Word Out.

He has been designated Honorary Chief of the South Hempstead Fire Department, presented with the Voice of Democracy Award by the Veterans of Foreign Wars, received the 1985 Gold Link Award from the LINK organization (a drug, alcohol, and substance abuse program) and received the “Good Yad Award” for brotherhood from the Decade club of the United Jewish Y’s of Long Island.
